The motifs are outlined in gold or black and hand-painted on 100% pure silk, creating a vivid stained-glass effect. The matzah cover has three sections inside to separate the top and bottom matzahs from the middle matzah and encircling the words “Pesach” in Hebrew in the middle. The afikoman covers are smaller, to fit the afikoman, and say “Afikoman” in Hebrew in the middle. These covers are decorated with a cheerful illustration of the holy city of Jerusalem in shades of blue, over a festive white background.
